When Stylehawk Event Services was founded, it was in response to two observations we made after having worked in the event services industry for many years:
- Effective event execution is a major contributing factor to achieving event success, but is usually not the primary objective of the event organizer.
- A majority of San Diego sporting event venues are unable to take advantage of potential event revenue opportunities due to the lack of infrastructure, staff, or expertise.
In response to these two observations, the founder of Stylehawk, a veteran in the event services industry in Southern California, created a company that would foster mutually beneficial relationships between San Diego sporting event venues and event promoters.
For event promoters, Stylehawk helps to simplify the event planning process by taking on event coordination and operation tasks, so promoters can focus on their actual desired outcomes, such as fundraising, participation, education, or revenue generation. Things like patron safety, facility cleanliness, and effective queue lines are all event patron expectations, but are not things that happen automatically. Every event needs someone (or more likely, a team of people) to oversee event logistics so the event can run smoothly and not distract from the event’s main objectives. We’ve assisted venue managers by matching their venues with event promoters and organizers, and also in creating policies and procedures that will protect their venues when hosting outside events.
